Primary Skills

- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and maintain the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value and business impact.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product direction.

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Build strategic partnerships across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.).
- Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and customers to refine product features.
- Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, maintenance, and retirement.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Platform Management
- Manage Salesforce configurations including roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Define and track KPIs such as customer satisfaction, adoption rates, conversion rates, and sales cycle time.
- Use data analytics to assess product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct training and provide support to internal teams on Salesforce usage.
