Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage event logistics and deliverables. Coordinate prototypes for trade shows, customer previews, and marketing presentations, ensuring accuracy, aesthetics, and functionality Prepare and process shipping documentation, including air bills, customs invoices, and tracking reports, to ensure efficient and compliant delivery. Provide on-site support at events through domestic and international travel as required. Ensure secure handling, documentation, and proper destruction of prototype materials in alignment with IP security and compliance procedures. Support broader business objectives through participation in special projects and process improvements as assigned. 3-5 years in consumer product environment or archive experience with and BA in relevant field Direct experience managing prototypes or samples in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. A commitment to IP compliance and operational excellence. Ability to travel both domestic and international to support onsite marketing and sales events and presentations.
