The Executive Protection Professional reports to the Executive Protection Manager and will form part of a team responsible for building and implementing the Executive Protection Program for Honeywell Aerospace. This role ensures the safety and security of executives with primary focus on the CEO. This role participates in the design and planning of strategic security measures and collaborates with internal and external partners to proactively mitigate risks. The ideal candidate is well versed in providing proactive protection capabilities, planning logistics in complex scenarios and responds effectively under pressure. This role will have high visibility with Honeywell Aerospace executives and other key stakeholders. We are looking for someone passionate about security, who can drive processes to meet both business objectives and security requirements and is available to travel at short notice and operate in dynamic environments.
This position is hybrid. The role requires flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on executive schedules and security needs. Frequent domestic and international travel and site visits are expected, including customer and government offices.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience working in/with government cleared facilities and programs
Current government clearance
Self-starter and motivated, able to operate with limited supervision
Attention to detail and delivery oriented, able to effectively plan and track to schedules, excellent follow-through
Strong stakeholder and change/engagement skills
Ability to conceptualize and communicate clear objectives
