Responsibilities:
- Field Service & Technical Support
- Install, commission, and service electromechanical equipment and systems at customer locations.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs.
- Calibrate, test, and validate system performance to meet manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Provide emergency and on-call service support when required.
- Customer & Project Support
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for customers during service visits.
- Communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and parts recommendations.
- Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and system improvements.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices in troubleshooting and best practices.
- Assist with developing service procedures and technical documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and share field feedback with engineering and operations teams.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory standards.
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and company vehicles in safe working condition.
