Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their team for ongoing maintenance and an upcoming project for customer facing ServiceNow portal. This role will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise pertaining to design, development, and implementation within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Customer Service Management (CSM), Security Operations (SecOps) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules within ServiceNow. This role will require the need to come into the office in San Jose, Costa Rica for meetings as needed and to work with teams in various time zones. Salary: $66,000-$84,000 ($34,489,177.80-$43,895,317.20 Costa Rican Colón)

Skills and Requirements
-ServiceNow Certified Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
-Experienced with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), Security Operations (SecOps) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
· 4+ years of advanced ServiceNow administration, configuration, integration, and development experience including JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, XML, Web Services, REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO and API integrations with other systems.
-Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work collaboratively with customers and all functional team members.
-Experienced working in Agile environments. -Certified Master (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA)
-Understanding of ITIL v4 methodologies.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields or equivalent professional experience. null
