5+ Years Experience in some of the following, if you do not have all these skills, please still apply:

Java or .Net

Distributed Systems

NoSQL

Virtualization

Web Services

Security Experience

PaaS, IaaS or SaaS experience

Ability to describe experience with Large Scale Distributed Systems and Fault Tolerant Systems.  Prefer individuals with direct product experience vs. consulting.
