As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organisations through complex digital decisions.\n\nAs a Solution Principal Sr you will:\n\n * Align with top-line accounts to build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders across business, technology, and transformation leadership.\n * Engage with senior IT and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and pain points, helping define holistic digital roadmaps and solution journeys that drive measurable business outcomes.\n * Partner with sales teams during opportunity qualification to evaluate and refine the understanding of client needs, ensuring solutions address both technical and organizational transformation requirements.\n * Lead and support discovery engagements to solidify initial solution scope, including technology architecture, operating model implications, and adoption considerations.\n * Incorporate Organizational Change Management (OCM), stakeholder alignment, and enablement strategies into solution design to ensure successful adoption of new platforms, data capabilities, and AI-driven processes.\n * Define change, training and enablement approaches that prepare client teams to effectively use and sustain new solutions, including role-based learning, communication planning, and adoption metrics.\n * Represent client needs across all Insight capabilities, ensuring integrated solutions that span technology delivery, business transformation, change management, and enablement while expanding overall deal value.\n * Assemble and lead pursuit teams, clearly conveying responsibilities across architecture, delivery, change management, and training workstreams.\n * Design deal structures that achieve internal margin targets, support desired delivery pyramids, and align with customer expectations for transformation success and long-term adoption.\n\n\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Minimum of 10 years of delivery experience with a Major in the area(s) of Digital Enablement, Application Development, Cloud, Data, and/or AI, focused on Microsoft and/or AWS\n * Ability to gain a deep understanding of Insight\u0027s Microsoft+ portfolio\n * Proven track record of architecting complex solutions in pre- and post- sale motions\n * Strong understanding of clients\u0027 IT is purchasing decision-making process.\n * Ability to solution across multiple business units and offerings\n * Root cause analysis/problem solving \n\n\n\nWhat you can expect\n\nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
