Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to plan and execute events that align with program objectives, brand vision, and budget requirements. Support senior team members in the execution of largescale or complex events, contributing to both pre‑planning activities and on‑site operations. Research, source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships. Responsible for full scope of events including housing, entertainment, food & beverage, audiovisual, promotional items, signage, and transportation. Travel as needed—including weekends and holidays—to oversee or support on‑site event execution, proactively adapting to changing conditions and stepping into operational roles when required. Oversee event budgeting and invoicing, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with internal guidelines. 5 years of corporate event planning experience. Experience leading different types of events including hospitality, corporate functions and tradeshows. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations through thoughtful planning and execution. Demonstrate ability to deliver organized, strategic solutions under time‑sensitive conditions. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
