The Opportunity

As a Staff Front End Engineer, you will lead the FE design and implementation for all of Pay-i's dashboards, websites, and products. In this critical role, you will not only shape the user experience across Pay-i's platforms but also help in setting the standards for quality, performance, and maintainability of our FE stack. You will be responsible for the Pay-i FE with the authority to make key decisions, drive impactful changes across the product, assist with hiring additional FE engineers, and creating policies for prioritization of ongoing investment.
What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications
Experience : 8+ years of experience with frontend technologies
Technical Expertise : Proficiency in React, React-Query, TypeScript, Next.js, Nx, and other modern frontend frameworks and tools (e.g., Cypress, Sentry, Zustand, Kubb, Vite, Eslint, Yarn, Prettier, etc.).
Mobile Interface Design : Experience building interfaces for mobile form factors.
Adaptability : Proven ability to work in fast-paced, "bring up/tear down" environments and navigate ambiguous situations.
Analytical Experience : Experience with analytics instrumentation (A/B testing, etc.) and SEO.
Customer Centric:

Experience building external customer facing products.
Leadership : Self-directed and opinionated.

Experience : 10+ years of experience with frontend technologies
