【Reason for Hiring】

In the ER of Human Resources and General Affairs, the frequency of negotiations with labor unions and revisions to regulations is increasing due to the implementation of various management initiatives.

In recent years, it has also become necessary to respond to changes in global policies related to these initiatives. To adapt to the rapidly changing business environment, it is essential to flexibly carry out various initiatives and revise regulations as needed.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Negotiations and coordination with labor unions regarding various initiatives
• Revisions to regulations in response to changes in global policies
• Handling of individual labor-related cases
• Strengthening internal compliance efforts (primarily harassment prevention)
• Facilitating and enhancing internal communication
• Improving employee engagement

【MUST】

• Experience in labor management and negotiations with labor unions and employee representatives within a company

【WANT】

• Experience in handling labor-related litigation from the company’s perspective
