Does this position have the opportunity to extend beyond the initial contract or convert to FTE? We do not currently have headcount but that is my intent to have them become an FTE. We are still finalizing the 2024 budget but I'm hoping to know by the end of year. Based on the job description, what are the must have non-negotiable items that a candidate must have to be successful in this role? These are the 2 main qualifications (also want to make sure they have worked on enterprise software): Extensive knowledge of the credit card disputes process Strong understanding of the card network rules published by Visa and Mastercard as it relates to the disputes/ chargeback process What backgrounds/skills can we be more flexible with that can be learned on the job? Specific ServiceNow experience can be learned. I am really looking for a domain expert in Disputes Management who also has some software product management experience. Does this position require to sit onsite or travel to an SN office? This position can be remote but there might be times when I would want them to travel to Santa Clara for onsite meetings. Does this person have to work in a specific time zone? (e.g. - If a person on the East Coast can work PST, is that ok?) Doesn't matter about time zone. However, we do work with product/engineering in India, so they need to be flexible with working hours (8am PT calls and 8pm PT calls). I shoot for my team to only have to do 2 nights a week working with India (or US for our folks in India). Is there a specific laptop that needs to be used for this role (i.e. - Mac or Windows)?
