Responsibilities
Basically, the Windows candidates need to have:
1) Strong programming skill
2) Strong Windows kernel knowledge and debugging skill
3) Good track record of Windows product delivery
4 )Storage protocol (like SATA/SCSI/PCIe) knowledge is a big plus
5) NAND flash memory knowledge is a plus
