You will work collaboratively with a diverse range of clients, including educational institutions and healthcare organizations, helping them to articulate their missions effectively. Accountabilities
- Write compelling short and long-form articles, emails, and marketing materials.
- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct client interviews to gather insights for reports and presentations.
- Identify communication trends and contribute to thought leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and deliverables.
- Assist in business development activities, including presentations and discovery calls.
- Meet utilization goals related to billable client work.
- Participate in ongoing team activities and training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications within healthcare, higher education, or nonprofit sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Solid time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to create a positive initial impression and maintain professional credibility.

Benefits
- Hourly compensation range of $28.00 to $36.00 based on experience.
