Sr. Style Director

As Sr. Style Director, you will define and elevate the brand’s global styling in our marketing, bringing the brand vision to life. In this role you will be working within the marketing department (often on set) to ensure the brand has fresh and relevant styling. This leader will play a pivotal role in connecting design intent and direction, product storytelling, and creative expression — ensuring our aesthetic is ownable, cohesive, and resonant across all channels and customer touch points worldwide.  

What you'll get to do:  

Brand / Aesthetic & Visual Ecosystem  

• Shape and evolve the brand’s marketing, studio, styling and visual identity to deliver an authentic, differentiated point of view in the marketplace.  
• Translate the “California Lifestyle” vision to life through outfitting on set. 
• Own brand direction through styling - pick relevant accessories, jewelry, shoes, help with direction of hair and beauty so each shoot feels fresh & relevant.   
• Be a brand tastemaker – ensuring all outfitting looks elevated and forward for the brand. 
• Integrate the go-to-market process to ensure brand integrity and creative intention flow seamlessly from design concepts through to marketing execution.   
• Drive aligned clarity with the Vuori Brand Vision – connecting dots throughout the GTM product & marketing processes.  This will happen through attending cross functional milestones and bringing vision to life. 

Creative / Look, Feel & Styling in Studio and on set 

• Bring your creative vision to life and oversee photo studio and editorial projects. 
• Oversee direction & styling on set using your elevated taste level and strong creative eye. 
• Lead execution for all marketing content, ensuring a unified look and feel that reflects our brand DNA; partner with creative team to identify talent to support.    
• Partner with teams to translate seasonal creative concepts into a strong marketing point of view that includes vision, art direction, styling on set that brings narratives to life across lifestyle, studio, and campaign content.  
• Partner with brand marketing & design to align positioning and briefs, ensuring styling and concept work ladder up to the broader brand strategy.  
• Bring your network of connections- stylists, make-up artists, models talent etc to the brand. 
• Bring fresh points of view to posing and art direction on set. 
• Provide accessories, props, and fun ideas that bring life to the model and set. 

Collaboration 

• Collaborate with design team on their seasonal creative concepts to  clarify the brand vision to life. 
• Oversee styling on set and in studio to make sure most fresh perspective is being expressed. 
• Serve as the steward of the seasonal concept in post adoption milestones.  

Who you are:  

• 15+ years of Marketing or creative background with experience being on set, directing shoots, and leading a creative vision from concept through all channels. 
• Someone with an established network of stylists, agencies, and creative resources to elevate the brand’s look and feel.  
• Art direction & styling expertise; elevated taste level and strong creative eye.  Strong partner to design and able to ensure outfitting is the best foot forward for the brand. 
• Creative synergy with Design, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams.   
• Experienced with storytelling around a fabric-first proposition for brands.  
• Highly collaborative and key to brainstorming and cross-functional partnership.  
• Great communicator - able to inspire teams and external partners.  
• Industry and fashion expert who can convey brand through storytelling.  
• Visionary mindset with the ability to create a unique "Vuori world."  
• Strong creative direction — builds mood boards, styling guides, and leads on-set execution.  
• Organized and adaptable; able to juggle multiple shoots and shifting priorities everyday.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 per year - $240,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
