JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
* Participates in development of software applications.
* Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
* Acts as team leader on projects.
* Will be using application programming interfaces using in X12/EDI, WTX, ITX, Mercator, and Data Stage integration tool.
* Will also be using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
* Performs agile and hybrid low-code application development
* Works as part of a team and provides 24x7 support when/if required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor of Science in a related field, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Programming, etc.
* 5-10 years" experience with strong technical knowledge of Websphere Transformation Extender (WTX or ITX), Mercator, Data Stage, Web Methods, or other ETL tools
* Experience with Unix or Linux systems
* Experience with EDI Integration Tools
* Ability to deliver solutions that meet the identified acceptance criteria.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Security + Certification will be required, but as long as the candidate is willing and capable that"s not a requirement up front.
* Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop professional documentation and other written materials.
* Considerable experience in requirements analysis, testing, documentation
* Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
* DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IATM Level II and relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
* Preferred experience in environments with rigorous change/configuration management processes
