Talent Advisory - Partner with sales leaders as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights on hiring strategy, market dynamics, and team composition. Candidate Negotiation - Lead complex negotiations to secure exceptional candidates while aligning expectations across stakeholders. Advanced Sourcing - Build and maintain strong pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and modern recruiting technologies. 8+ years of experience in Sales Recruiting, Talent Advisory, or Executive Sourcing within high-growth technology companies. Demonstrated expertise in candidate negotiation, advanced sourcing strategies, and employer branding. Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills with hiring leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to operate as both a hands-on recruiter and strategic advisor in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting within or alongside companies such as Databricks, Scale AI, Rippling, Glean, or LegalZoom. Exposure to AI-native companies, developer platforms, or data/AI infrastructure organizations. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for commissions and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
