Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations
• Conduct tax research and prepare detailed memorandums
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff
• Interface directly with clients and maintain strong relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, or related field
• CPA or CPA Candidate (minimum 120 hours completed)
• 2+ years of public accounting experience with tax focus
• Strong proficiency in tax preparation software
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
