  • Operationalize data models and AI partnering with BI, Analytics, AdTech, and IT.

  • Perform comprehensive quantitative operational analysis and modeling across the marketing landscape and execute optimization programs leveraging AI.

  • Design, document, and implement highly scalable operational processes (SLAs, governance) that optimize workflow efficiency, productivity, and quality across all global digital operations.

Qualifications

  • Deep technical fluency in leveraging AI/ML, Generative AI, and predictive modeling for real-time data orchestration.

  • Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories (PRDs), managing a development backlog alongside internal engineering teams.

  • Exceptional program management skills, utilizing agile methodologies to drive large-scale, complex cross-functional technical projects.
