Sr Technical Recruiter

Looking for a senior technical recruiter to spearhead recruiting efforts alongside junior recruiters for a growing IT Solutions company with multiple direct clients.

Key responsibilities include:
-Resource procurement (resume searching, screening, etc)
-Resource management (preparing candidates, setting up interviews, tackle logistical issues, resume formatting)
-Resource retention (track progress of candidates submitted, store and retain strong resume profile)
-Develop sourcing strategy (build relationships with strong candidate, utilize resume database tools etc)
 
Looking for someone that has more 5 years industry experience working for top IT consulting firms.  Ideal profile, is energetic, creative, has leadership potential and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
