As a
Sr Territory Manager
here at Honeywell BA, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and leading the sales efforts in your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships with our channel partners, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success and market leadership.
This role will have a territory from Maine to Virginia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage a designated territory, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expand customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving professional development Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of sales experience Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth Ability to travel 50% to visit clients WE VALUE Previous experience in building automation Bachelor's Degree BENEFITS Benefits provided may differ by role and location.
