Job Description Summary
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In-office days will be 3 per week in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Capital Access policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, ensuring all work is completed accurately and in compliance with firm standards.
• Handle complex, non routine transaction requests and escalations, including research, problem resolution, and coordination across teams when needed.
• Partner with Client Service Associates, supervisors, and other internal groups to resolve issues efficiently and prevent repeat errors.
• Respond to inbound requests via phone, email, and internal systems, exercising judgment on when to resolve independently versus escalate.
• Initiate internal outreach to gather missing information, clarify requests, and move work forward on behalf of clients and advisors.
• Utilize multiple systems and tools to research activity, process transactions, and document actions taken.
• Maintain thorough documentation and audit trails to support regulatory and operational requirements.
• Contribute to team efficiency by identifying trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support schedule flexibility and coverage needs, particularly during periods of higher volume or reduced staffing.

• Demonstrates a solid level of independence and accountability while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling financial transactions and client impacting work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in navigating and learning multiple systems and applications.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with internal partners, both verbally and in writing.
• Applies critical thinking and problem solving skills to moderately complex scenarios.
