We are looking for a Sr. Turf Sales Rep to join our Agricultural Solutions team in support of the territory consisting of GA, TN and AL.

As a Sr Turf Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives in the Turf market, while developing customer business relationships that create long term value for BASF and our customers.  You will also be responsible for implementation and execution of field tactical activities that maintain and grow our product portfolio.  In addition, you will function as BASF’s face to our customers, as well as many other market influencers and industry partners.

You will need to live within the territory and we prefer GA or TN. You will need to be able to travel up to 35% overnight.

• Growing our market and product portfolio through promoting innovations, creating solutions for customers and effectively executing field activities.

If you...

• Have a Bachelor Degree and agronomic industry experience (ex: Turf and/or Agricultural Products and/or Lawn Care & Maintenance and/or related disciplines.


• Have previous direct sales experience (Golf Course Superintendent experience will be considered in lieu of direct sales experience) and formal sales training courses.


• Demonstrate strong customer focus and entrepreneurial skills.


• Have account/territory management/planning experience.


• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence.

Pay transparency

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $110,960 - $152,570. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
