Sr UX Designer

We are currently seeking to find a highly-talented, and collaborative UX Designer to join our Creative Design team.

As a UX Designer, you’ll work side-by-side, collaborating with our industry’s brightest minds. You will be integral to the creative process and play pivotal roles in the strategy, conception and the design of our customers' end-to-end digital experiences. As a part of the UX Design team, you’ll help provide top-notch solutions for our clients through early ethnographic research to post-launch testing and tuning.

    Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Omnigraffle

You possess….

    10+ years of experience, and a deep knowledge for the craft
   
    Strong leadership  and  interpersonal communication skills

    A solid understanding and demonstration of user centered design principles

    A combination of strategic, and conceptual design abilities

    A background in UX Research, Psychology, & Coding

    Expertise in persona development, journey mapping, user interface design, wireframing, information & application architecture, process flows, prototyping, stakeholder & customer interviews, usability testing

With the ability to…
