Sr. UX Designer, People Engine

The Amazon People Engine Experience Design team is seeking a Senior UX Designer with over 6 years of design experience to play a pivotal role in improving customer experiences across human resource processes. This role entails crafting intuitive and elegant user experiences by aligning customer needs, business requirements, and technical considerations. Responsibilities include leading project planning and strategy, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high -fidelity mockups for mobile and web interfaces, conducting user testing, and collaborating with cross -functional teams. The Senior UX Designer will advocate for user -centered design principles and mentor other designers while delivering solutions at scale. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,000/year to $211,600/year, depending on location and qualifications.
