This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Part-Time UX/UI Designer (Remote). In this role, you will contribute to improving user experiences for SaaS web applications tailored for the outdoor activities sector. You will work remotely to revamp design elements and create innovative functionalities that make a real impact on our business partners. Your expertise will help shape intuitive user interfaces that enhance customer interactions and drive engagement across various platforms. Accountabilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Enhance the current design of the back office admin system and customer portal for an intuitive user experience.
- Investigate and conceptualize new functionalities including booking and agenda features.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain a design style guide for the company.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to the team.
- Prepare designs for development with detailed specifications and guidelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on user experience.
- Proven experience in designing B2B/SaaS web applications in relevant industries such as leisure, ecommerce, or admin dashboards.
- Proficient with Figma and other prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English with availability for 20 hours per week.
