WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Sr. VIP Concierge position provides luxury concierge services for its clients globally, including luxury villas and mansion rentals, exotic car rentals, private jet charters, executive protection services, yacht charters, and VIP access to concerts and events plus much more. As the gatekeeper to our clients and their utmost desired requests, this position's sole responsibility is to execute no matter how small or large the task. You will also be required to assist with some managerial tasks, including scheduling and overseeing of reports and other functions for the concierge team. Former Concierge professionals at luxury resorts or residences along with Hospitality professionals are encouraged to apply.
WHAT'S EXPECTED?
Book Travel & Special requests for High Net-Worth Individuals
Report expenses to accounting, including tracking supplier commissions
Keep the team abreast of all client dealings using various tools (i.e.: Calendars, Recap Documents, Zioho CRM, etc)
Receiving and executing requests from dinner reservations to personal shopping, planning luxury vacations and multi-continental itineraries, to booking private chartered flights and estate management, plus more. No day is the same and requests can be simple or highly complex!
Perform job functions with attention to detail (highly important), speed and accuracy is a must
Prioritize, organize and follow up
Extensive calendar and time management
Provide researched proposals & presentations
Excellent writing skills with a strong command of English communication skills. Other languages (verbal & written) are a plus!
Position is currently a remote position, with the possibility of working at our Miami Beach office.
Assistance with concierge scheduling, maintaining reports, and some light administrative assistance to the management team.
WHO ARE YOU?
Exceptional customer service provider with a great sense of urgency
A true go-getter and "make it happen" attitude*Polished, professional, with proper speaking & writing skills along with great phone etiquette
Excellent with PC/MAC along with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe, CRM systems (such as Zoho a plus) and electronic strengths with systems such as Crestron, Sonos, Savant, etc. are a huge plus
Comfortable grasp for worldwide travel trends & knowledge of major global city nuances highly preferred
Travel, hospitality, entertainment industry or similar experience highly desired
Experience in luxury travel sector or with High Net-Worth Individuals, including villa rentals, private jet requests, yacht charters a plus!
Ability to work extended hours if needed, including weekends & holidays with accessibility 24/7 during peak seasons (Summer: June - August) Hospitality never sleeps!
Management skills preferred

A passion for one or more of the following lifestyle verticals: travel, dining, events (fashion, sport, art, music and cultural)
An ability to think and work independently while managing multiple tasks

Fluent and articulate in writing and speech
Strong command over Microsoft office tools
Flexible shift attitude, with ability to work weekends and holidays
Be willing to work in an ever-changing environment due to magnitude of client requests.
Team building attitude with the ability to easily adapt within the work environment
Grace, precision and diligent attention to detail
Be resourceful and creative when it comes to handling client requests and sourcing of unique services or products
Be an effective delegator
