About Vitalant: At Vitalant, our work saves lives—and behind the scenes, strong systems help make that possible. We're looking for a HCM Sr. ERP Systems Analyst – Workday to support and enhance our enterprise applications that power critical HCM modules in the Workday ERP.
Position Overview:
Vitalant is seeking a skilled Workday Core HCM Specialist to join our team in supporting and optimizing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system following its go-live. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth post-implementation operations, continuous improvement, and user support within the Core HCM module.
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days a week in office - M-F 8 am - 5 pm
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annual DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Workday Core HCM system post go-live, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with organizational processes.
- Serve as a primary resource for resolving Core HCM-related issues and system inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify, analyze, and implement enhancements or fixes.
- Provide training and communication to end-users on new features, updates, and best practices.
- Coordinate with Workday support and external vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, conducting regular audits and reports.
- Document processes, system changes, and support activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Workday Core HCM module, preferably in a post go-live support or implementation role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and training skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with technical teams.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or nonprofit environment is a plus.

Requirements:
Knowledge/Education
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Workday Certification in one or more modules preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required.
Experience
- 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday ERP and relevant Workday SKU, required. To Include:
- Workday configuration with a specialized focus in relevant Workday
- SKU, workflows, business processes, security, and reporting.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps preferred
