Seniority

• Senior Software Engineer: 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience


• Lead Software Engineer: 8–12+ years leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers

Work Experience

• Strong experience building production-grade full-stack web applications from architecture through deployment.


• Experience developing complex frontend applications using React, Redux, TypeScript, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.


• Backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, or other object-oriented languages and frameworks.


• Built developer platforms, internal tools, IDEs, low-code platforms, workflow builders, dashboards, or enterprise SaaS products.


• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems supporting enterprise-scale applications.


• Comfortable collaborating across Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering teams.


• Experience leading technical design reviews, driving architecture decisions, and mentoring engineers (required for Lead level).


• Prior experience shipping highly interactive user experiences or developer productivity tools is highly preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.


• Master's degree preferred.

Compensation

• Senior Software Engineer: $145,000–$190,000 Base + Equity + Bonus


• Lead Software Engineer: Up to $219,000 Base + Equity + Bonus
