Rate: $21/hr on W2 (All Inclusive) | $22/hr on 1099
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (40 hours/week)

Position Overview:
The Arizona Department of Child Safety (AZDCS) is seeking a SSA Review Analyst to support the SSA Benefits Unit in monitoring and processing Retirement Survivor, Disability Insurance (RSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims for children/youth in DCS care. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in administrative support and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor SSA team mailbox, scan, and electronically file SSA correspondence
- Complete annual representative payee reports and initial RSDI & SSI claims
- Maintain spreadsheets, SharePoint databases, and other program records
- Process potential SSA candidates and manage related documentation
- Perform data entry, scanning, and federal social security forms processing
- Collaborate with internal/external partners and provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Support general administrative operations within the SSA Benefits Unit
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative, organizational, and data entry skills
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and SharePoint
Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC) required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in state services or government programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and federal social security processes
