SSD Failure Analysis Engineer

Perform electrical and mechanical failure analysis on returned SSDs. Generate and deliver detailed failure analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders. Lead escalated RMA cases, ensuring timely updates and resolution. Set up and manage debug systems for error replication and Design of Experiments (DOE). Provide technical consultation to customer-facing teams based on data-driven insights. Master's degree in Electronics, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product engineering, validation, or quality assurance. Strong knowledge of SSD architecture and NAND flash memory operations. Proven experience in system-level testing and failure analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in the storage industry and customer-facing technical roles. Familiarity with PCIe, SATA, and bus tracing tools for debugging. Strong time management and project coordination skills. Self-motivated with a passion for technical growth. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
