Are you a relational leader who is passionate about seeing Middle School students grow in their relationship with Jesus?

Do you love pouring into volunteers, and seeing them growing, equipped, and empowered to serve God to their fullest?

Would you get excited to be a key part of the strategic development of ministry programs, events, and initiatives to help sustain a dynamic One-Church student ministry?

The ideal candidate for this full-time pastoral role will be a passionate, relational, student ministries pastor with significant leadership skills. This person will serve as the leader and pastor of our St. Charles/South Elgin Campus middle school ministry. They will be responsible for the overall spiritual health and success of the campus middle school ministry. They will develop key volunteers and leaders in our ministry and work with parents to lead students into a deeper walk with Jesus Christ. As a significant part of the campus pastoral team, this person needs to have a shepherd’s heart and be able to help people walk through difficult situations with spiritual maturity and compassion.
