Stability Specialist l - Stability Protocols Writing

• Author stability protocols to meet client and regulatory requirements.  Translate client protocols into LIMS.

• Administer stability study samples; inventory incoming project samples; set up stability studies, label samples, and place into chambers; verify sample chamber placement, labeling, and container counts

• Pull samples from chambers at appropriate intervals; ship stability samples to clients and disposal facilities; perform periodic chamber inventories

• Maintain contents of stability chambers in an organized, orderly manner; administer stability sample location movement; perform stability chamber operational status monitoring; change charts; clean inside of chambers

• Follow all department procedures and SOPs; understand and apply GMP regulations to daily work; document data according to regulatory requirements

• LIMS entry for stability studies

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills

• Experience in reading and executing stability protocols or testing methods.

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Minimum Qualifications:

• College degree in related field strongly preferred or High school diploma with 1+ year experience 

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, first shift position Monday -  Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
