Stabilization Caseworker

The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Stabilization Caseworker to join our Diversion, Shelter and Housing, (DSH) division is looking for new members to join our diverse and dynamic team.   

Your role as a Stabilization Caseworker:

The Family Case Worker actively supports the philosophy of the agency and maintains a high level of commitment to program families. While the Family Case Worker’s primary focus is to assist families recently placed in permanent housing to maintain the stability of their tenancies, s/he also (1) provides a supportive relationship to clients in need of services that address mental health, substance use, and other collateral issues and (2) works with families and staff to assure compliance with HomeBASE regulations and program guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience working with psychiatric disorders or co-occurring population preferred


• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution preferred


• High school diploma or GED required


• Reliable, registered & insured vehicle and approved driving record check


• Approved criminal background check (CORI)

Pay rate is $21.00/hr. As well as a phenomenal benefit package that includes, Dental, Health and Life insurance. Paid time off, earned vacation time and paid holidays just to name a few.
