Job Title: Staff Accountant

Department:  Business Management 

Your Role:  The Business Management Team in Encino is hiring the next Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant is integral to our finance team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

What will you do?

• Update and manage financial ledgers


• Provide support with internal and external audits


• Ensure adherence to financial guidelines and standards


• Prepare cash flow projections for clients and management


• Prepare historical sources/uses of cash analyses for clients and management


• Prepare financial meeting packages for clients


• Acquire and maintain high level of familiarity with clients’ financial world


• Contemporaneous income tracking for clients


• Special projects as needed (i.e. Billbacks, invoice preparation, various analysis, etc.)

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma required / College diploma preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Two plus years of accounting experience.


• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
