What You’ll Do: Make Meaningful Impact, Fast. You won’t be boxed into spreadsheets. You’ll be a hands-on contributor helping shape our accounting operations while ensuring we scale smart. You'll:
- Own Accounts Payable & Receivable and maintain tight financial hygiene across entities.
- Handle daily sales data reconciliations from multiple service locations.
- Process payments, deposits, credit cards, and vendor communications with confidence.
- Reconcile monthly statements and intercompany accounts—accuracy is your superpower.
- Use your voice—partner across departments to solve issues and streamline processes.
- Support month-end close, audits, and real-time financial visibility.
- Assist the Controller with project-based initiatives that drive operational efficiency.
- Thrive in our "all hands on deck" culture—because team wins are the only wins that matter.
Who You Are: A Builder with Hustle
- 3+ years experience in accounting or finance (multi-entity experience a plus).
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is great—but we value hands-on excellence just as much.
- Master of Excel, comfortable in cloud-based systems (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, etc.).
- Relentlessly detail-oriented, obsessively organized, and able to hit deadlines under pressure.
- A team player who’s coachable, adaptable, and always looking to improve.
- Confident communicator with a knack for solving problems independently.
- You don’t wait to be told what to do—you see the gap and fill it.
