Staff Accountant

The Landmark Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our year-round team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, values accuracy, and is excited to work in the hospitality industry.

The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the resort’s financial operations, with responsibilities spanning accounts payable, accounts receivable, condo owner proceeds, and cash reconciliation.

This position is Full-time, year-round at the Landmark Resort.  We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Assist with monthly proceed payments to condo unit owners

Perform bank and cash reconciliations

Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports for lodging

Help with month-end journal entries and account reconciliations

Maintain organized and accurate financial records 

Support other accounting tasks and projects as needed
 

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred)

2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience 

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable using Excel and accounting software (NetSuite experience is highly desired)

Good communication skills and a team mindset
