Job Description - Staff Accountant

Join us as a Staff Accountant at BeMobile, where you’ll play a vital role in powering our financial operations while being part of a growing, energized team.

Reports to: Controller
Position is located in the Grand Forks, ND Corporate Center.

What We’re Looking For:

QuickBooks experience preferred

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Self-starter with a strong drive for results

Comfortable reconciling large vendor payments and identifying discrepancies

Experience with accounts payable and receivable

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and accounting software

What You’ll Be Doing:

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Enter and code invoices accurately and ensure timely processing

Monitor overdue receivables and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments

Maintain clear records of communications and payment statuses

Cash & Credit Card Deposit Reconciliation

Reconcile daily deposits from point-of-sale system with accounting software

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies to ensure accurate financials

Commission Reconciliation

Assist with Verizon commission data review, error reporting, and entry into accounting system

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and timeliness
