  Keep the general ledger clean and up to date

  
  


• 
  

  Handle daily transactions, reconciliations, and cash activity

  
  


• 
  

  Own monthly/quarterly closes and prepare journal entries

  
  


• 
  

  Build and analyze financial reports that guide business decisions

  
  


• 
  

  Help with audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Use Excel and accounting systems (NetSmart, Sage a plus) to dig into data and trends

  
  


• 
  

  Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis for leadership

  
  

• 
  

  Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  
  


• 
  

  1+ years of accounting experience (healthcare is a bonus, not a must)

  
  


• 
  

  Solid Excel skills—formulas, pivot tables, analysis

  
  


• 
  

  Eye for detail and ability to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
