As the Staff Accountant, you will assist with overseeing financial operations, reporting, and ensuring compliance in the automotive industry as well as side entities. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial processes


• Assisting with monthly closings and financial analysis


• Implement and maintain internal controls


• Coordinate communication between departments


• Process paperwork and financial transactions


• Assist in completion of annual reviews and audits


• Billing, Reconcile accounts and schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field


• 1-2 years of accounting experience


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Excellent communication skills


• Working knowledge of accounting office positions
