Staff Accountant

Now Hiring: Staff Accountant

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Team. This role is critical to managing accurate financials for multiple entities. If you thrive in a deadline-driven environment, love problem-solving, and have a solid understanding of GAAP, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple monthly accounts


• Reconcile bank accounts, A/P, A/R, and payroll accounts


• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP


• Prepare and post journal entries and intercompany adjustments


• Conduct monthly variance and balance sheet analysis


• Manage disbursements and deposits


• Support annual audits with accurate documentation


• Assist with payroll reports, W-2s, 1099s, and sales tax filings


• Support and train


• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards


• Prepare and monitor budgets, identify excess funds, and assist with cash flow forecasts


• Collaborate with CFO and support special projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (general ledger and financial reporting)


• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Products


• Experience in multi-entity and multi-department operations strongly preferred


• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple priorities


• Strong attention to detail and documentation
