What You’ll Do
Complete monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare financial packets for accounting leadership and association managers
Research discrepancies and identify resolutions for uncleared transactions
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
Maintain accurate financial records while following established accounting procedures
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1+ year of accounting experience in public accounting or industry
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
Understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting principles
Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy while balancing multiple priorities
CPA candidate or interest in pursuing CPA credentials is a plus
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
