Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a proactive professional who thrives in an office environment and enjoys working with modern accounting tools.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with digital accounting workflows and contribute to delivering high-quality financial services.

This position is according to US working hours, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR


• Review and categorize financial transactions for accuracy


• Maintain general ledger and account reconciliations


• Support financial reporting and closing processes


• Ensure compliance with GAAP and accrual accounting standards


• Align tax filings with accounting records


• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems


• Assist in maintaining and optimizing accounting workflows

What You Bring:

• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with accounting platforms


• Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop preferred) and Bill.com


• Advanced Excel capabilities


• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills


• Ability to manage deadlines independently


• Clear and professional communication skills

Your Background:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field


• Understanding of GAAP principles


• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting preferred)
