We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the month-end close process. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.


• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.


• Prepare monthly financial statements.


• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.


• Assist with audits (internal and external) and tax preparation by providing documentation and explanations.


• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.


• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system upgrades.

  Understanding of tax concepts, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.


• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
