Staff Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to support our team. We expect this person to have a “no task too big, no task too small” attitude with a natural inclination to get things done but have fun while doing it.

You will manage mostly accounting-related tasks in a creative design studio.  To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be fast at solving problems, and have experience as an Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting with accounts receivables and payables


• Supporting Accounting Department


• Helping prepare for meetings.


• Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.


• Processing transactions, issuing checks, updating ledgers, budgets etc.


• Preparing financial reports


• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Willing to Train Recent Graduates.


• In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite.


• Minimum of Associates degree in accounting.


• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.


• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.


• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.


• Professional level verbal and written communications skills.


• Experience with Deltek preferred but not required.
