Staff Accountant - Construction Hybrid Remote

Leading Developer / Builder in the Residential Market has an immediate need for an experienced Staff Accountant to join their mid size Accounting Department.  Reporting to the Controller, you will be working with a tenured team who can further develop your Accounting Skillset.  

Staff Accountant Job Duties:

• Assist in recording journal entries, cash transactions, and preparing monthly financial packages
• AIA billing a plus
• Perform bank reconciliations and other GL account reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Assist with draw requests and construction loan requests
• Assist with AP as needed
• Payroll and HR a plus

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 1 year of Construction industry experience.
• Job Cost Accounting, AIA Billing and experience with construction loan requests are a plus.
