Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage expense reporting and credit card procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform daily costing activities to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
• Assist with month-end close processes, contributing to the timely and accurate completion of financial reporting.
• Maintain fixed assets records and conduct annual audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Recent graduate with internship or co-op experience OR 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and information sharing within the team.
