Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position supports core accounting functions including general ledger maintenance, intercompany transactions, AP/AR, month-end close, and audit preparation. Staff Accountant (Intercompany Exp. Req.) - HYBRID Responsibilities

•    Perform daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
•    Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP
•    Manage intercompany transactions and consolidations
•    Support accounts payable and receivable for assigned business units
•    Prepare and post journal entries and accruals
•    Support month-end and year-end close processes
•    Reconcile bank, AP, and AR accounts
•    Prepare sales tax filings and related documentation
•    Support internal and external audits
•    Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
•    Generate financial reports and variance analyses
•    Recommend improvements to accounting systems and internal controls
•    Collaborate with operations and sales to align financial reporting with business goals
•    Uphold a high standard of accuracy, communication, and confidentiality

Staff Accountant (Intercompany Exp. Req.) - HYBRID Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) is required
•    5+ years of accounting experience is required
•    Experience with intercompany transactions is required
•    Experience with AR, AP, general ledger, and journal entries are required
•    Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables) & accounting software is required
