Staff Accountant- Willmar MN

Accounting / Finance:
Willmar- MN. 
We are looking for a Self-Motivated individual with Strong Organizational skills to join our team as an Staff Accountant.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Hatchery Accounting tasks/inquires.
• Egg and Poult reconciling at month end. 
• Record month end hatchery inventories. 
• Month end general journals.
• Monthly egg payment to growers
• Transportation Dept. weekly entries
• Code various invoices in Metaviewer.
• Post weekly payroll. 
• Approving company credit card transactions. 
• Monthly intercompany reporting to affiliates
• Hatchery monthly presentation reporting
• Quarterly accounts recs.
• Personal property assessments and taxes. 
• Year-end reconciliations and stat pack.
• Annual reporting to ownership.

• Experience with Accounting Software and general business information systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX Software and M-Tech is a plus)
• Experience with Maintaining Spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
• Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills to prioritize and manage deadlines.
• Excellent Communication Skills and Attention to Detail
