Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring for a Staff Analyst to work for OKC Site Integration. OKC Site Integration is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of programs and groups at the remote site at the Convergence Tower.

This ideal candidate will work cross functionally with the program to build relationships and support the needs of our teammates. You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our growing landscape, the needs of our employees and provide data for management review. This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

OKC Site Integration is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of programs and groups at the remote site at the Convergence Tower.

Position Responsibilities:

• Convergence Booking, Hosting/Escorting & Scheduling Coordination (badges, building access, parking validation etc.)
• Gemba Action Recording and Tracking
• Thunder Ticket Administrator (Sending Tickets, Tracking Acceptance, Submitting Tax Document to Payroll)
• Floor Focal - Equipment Ordering and Floor Map Updates
• OBI Event Coordinator & Host
• Site Event/Activity Support
• Additional Site Support as Assigned
• Coordinate with Robinson Park building management.
• Based upon request from manager on space, offer solutions to fit the needs.
• Manage Convergence mailbox and respond timely to employees.
• Able to manage interruptions. Willing to follow Boeing processes to allow access to properly badged employees.
• Support site events, Gemba walks, site projects.
• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized organizational information.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Ability to multitask and adapt to ever-changing priorities
• Self-motivated problem-solver who is comfortable with dynamic, fast paced environments
• Experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• 2+ years of experience in MS Office
• 2+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating a report
• 2+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience utilizing Smartsheet
• Bachelors’ Degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience providing administrative support to internal customers, such as executives, managers, and staff members

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range:

Level 2: $59,500 - $80,500

Level 3: $73,100 - $98,900
