Staff Avionics Subsystem Engineer - IFC Thread Lead (T05): Must have a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 14 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master's degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 12 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; or a Ph.D. (STEM) AND 9 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering. Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company. Experience in one or more of the following areas: EOIR subsystems, EW subsystems, RF/antenna subsystems, digital communications, data processing methods and capabilities. Experience in system engineering design methods, including requirements analysis and flow-down, specification derivation and interface control documentation Experience in lab based testing and integration of software into hardware Familiarity with modeling and simulation using MATLAB or similar tools Strong technical writing and communication skills. Experience in model based systems engineering using Cameo or similar SysML tools Experience with data reduction from flight test/ lab integration activities Demonstrated mathematical problem-solving ability and data analysis experience Work experience with one of the following areas related to radar systems: search or track, surveillance, reconnaissance, electronic protection, ID, or adaptive technique Proven ability to brief technical presentations to stakeholders. Experience in the development of real time embedded software Familiarity in Agile and Digital Engineering processes Familiarity with Atlassian tool suite
